Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. You’ll find everything taken care of: dedicated off-street parking in our private driveway, complimentary poop bags, garbage cans, and a tote stocked with extra toys and balls for your dog to claim as their own while they’re here.
