This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

She is a 4 yr old, 50 lb mixed breed rescue 🐕. Or if you prefer your space, she doesn’t mind! But plz understand if you book day-of, she may be peaking 🫣 out the window or barking to say hello!* For the PUPS 🐶 - Plenty of toys 🎾, plastic tub to cool off (with cover if you don’t want your pup to get wet), hose, water bowls, and dog bed to rest on. For the HUMANS 🙋‍♀️ - WIFI, electricity, chairs, picnic table, canopy for shade, bug repellent, misters, string lights ✨ 🚙 Parking lot address, gate code, and 🧑‍💻WIFI password will be provided after you book. Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Rent the fully-fenced JRB K-9 training yard / agility course. In addition, Jesse R. Booker, founder of JRB K-9, is available to offer free training tips during your dog’s play time, if interested. Relax under the shade of our mature oak tree as your dog runs, plays and explores. You’ll also have access to our Wi-Fi and chilled bottled water. We have dog toys and water bowls, all washed and sanitized between guests. You have free use of the agility course to help build your dog’s confidence or for additional mental stimulation. During the summer months, we provide a shallow pool for those water-loving pups. JRB K-9 is a behavioral dog training facility with overnight boarding, so there will be plenty of new smells to stimulate your dog. Dog’s on-site will neither be seen, nor interact with your dog. No training sessions will take place outdoors during your visit. Street parking is available on site and we ask that you pick up after your dog when finished – a trash can is provided. Enter through the front gate and please always make sure the gate is closed and secured after entering, and before your dog is off leash. Thank you!

The yard is entirely fenced with lots of spots to sniff and explore. **UPDATED SUMMER INFO: We now have a brand new umbrella to shade the seating in the back yard! Additionally, the yard receives shade in the early morning and the late afternoon beginning at 4:30pm. The turf can get hot in the sun, use the provided beach towel or hose to cool it off (please use sparingly, we are trying to control the mosquito population!).

Completely fenced in Front, Back and side yards for pets and humans to enjoy with or without a leash. There are porch swings and a trampoline for our guests to enjoy, while their dogs have access to all of our homes outdoor space.

Under a large Magnolia tree in the center of the yard, there is a brick patio with a table and four chairs, grass and mulched flower gardens bordering the fence. Room to play ball, ground or just relax. Yard is approximately 64' x 35' excluding gardens. No bags needed as we have a poop scoop available. An additional small fence separates the yard from the driveway (fully enclosed inside the large fence). Please bring your own water and bowl if desired. We have a fully fenced in, large and flat backyard conveniently location at the base of Laurel Canyon in the Spaulding Square section of West Hollywood. The yard, grass and surroundings are professionally maintained and always clean. There is easy street parking in front of our property. The yard features two flood lights for night training as well as a small guest house for indoor training. We are happy to provide either a contactless experience or give a brief tour for first time guests - up to you and your dog’s needs. Please note that we typically allow two people per dog on reservations (so, for example, if you have two dogs on a reservation, four people may join). Our backyard is where our two dogs and many foster pups love to run around and smell all the many smells wafting around, hence we call it the Snoot Spot. The grass area is approx 32ft by 17ft. Our dirt area is about the same. There are many places for your dogs to dig, smell, or even just sploot in the sun (my Maltipoo loves sunbathing on our little stage.) We have an orange tree that you can pick from at no additional cost and comfy chairs you can relax in as you watch your pup play. You are also welcome to park in our driveway and turn on our patio lights.
