Tents: Tents under 200 sq. ft. and canopies under 400 sq. ft. are allowed (typically 10 x 10 pop-up tents). Tents and canopies exceeding this square footage must obtain a tent permit issued by the Fire Department. Applications are available through the Fire Prevention Division.
Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages are allowed except beer, which is only allowed in designated picnic areas.
Containers: No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the park.
Licensing: A food/beverage license is required to sell food to the public.
Special Event Permits: Pony rides, large tents, and similar items require a Special Event Permit Application, as does amplified music. Additional fees may apply for these types of activities and items.

Nicely gated yard, appreciated the taller wooden fence that separates the front from the backyard. Had a great time with the pups in the pool. This was our first SniffSpot and we had a blast!!!!! The dogs had fun swimming and sniffing around. There were toys for them to play with, they had a great time chasing each other. Very nice spot!!!! 55My husband and I are so happy we found this place. 😊 What a BEAUTIFUL and safe property that was fully fenced. Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! We took our big white Italian Maremma (who used to be a working livestock guardian dog) and our sheltie. Even though it was an hour drive from our home, it was so worth it. We can't wait to go back and take our other 2 little dogs too. It's like our own big dog park all for ourselves. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 Our dogs have been sound asleep since we got home. 💕💕 Julie F.

My husband and I are so happy we found this place. 😊 What a BEAUTIFUL and safe property that was fully fenced. Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! We took our big white Italian Maremma (who used to be a working livestock guardian dog) and our sheltie. Even though it was an hour drive from our home, it was so worth it. We can't wait to go back and take our other 2 little dogs too. It's like our own big dog park all for ourselves. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 Our dogs have been sound asleep since we got home. 💕💕
55Still our favorite Sniffspot. It's perfect for our 2 GSDs. Easy to access, the grass is always green, and gates/fencing are always secure (we walk the perimeter first thing). We appreciate that it's still available, and it's worth every penny. Our whole family thanks you!!Kristin C.

She gets the zoomies and this provides an area that is very open and very little chance ( if any) of running into anything. The chickens, horses, and goats in the distance were intriguing too. On a hot summer day i would book in the morning. I am grateful for this spot. I regret the only pic i have is Tilly snoring in the car after playing here.Kristin R.

At first I became worried it would trigger my dogs but it was actually good to expose them to other dogs and animals and took advantage for some training. One of my dogs is a jumper and she could’ve easily jumped the fence but we were able to manage. We’ll be back soon!

This is a great spot for her blind sidekick as well, flat wide open space with nothing to run into. 55The location was very easy to find and everyrhing waa clean and well kept. Our pups really enjoyed having their own space and we also enjoyed the calmness of the property. I would recommend you bring water and chairs. A bench is there but there wasn’t shade so we brought our chair to sit in the shade. Karolina V.

FAQ about our Stockton dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 96% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Stockton area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog parks in the area.
