We live on a beautiful preserved area with plenty of trees and wild roaming deer around us. Our backyard is completely fenced and is completely dog friendly as we have two dogs of our own. We have plenty of shade and sunny spots, a bench or camping chairs for the humans, water for the pups, poop bags in case you forget. Our yard is very clean so you won't have to worry about stepping on poop or your dog getting into it. It's a great spot for all sized dogs and if you want to go on a trail afterwards we have 3 right by us.

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Pool, lanai, and WiFi available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. The property is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. Small dogs or dogs that dig or test boundary should be supervised at all times. Ideal for high energy dogs who need to roam reactive or anxious, dogs, needing privacy training session or decompression walks. Important notes: (1) natural terrain with underbrush, downed trees, and some non-native plants with burrs. (2) the north east corner was previously a nightclub site and occasional debris may remain. House is strictly off limits. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and for cleanup.
