What we offer: •Fully fenced yard: 6' privacy/chain link mix, so your pup can roam off-leash and burn energy safely. Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.

This space was created with Jesús (Catahoula Pit) in mind—a dog who, like many others, couldn’t comfortably go to many places. Because of that, my goal was to create a safe, welcoming environment where dogs can truly be dogs. Our yard is thoughtfully designed to support nose work and enrichment, using dog-safe plants and scent containers that are rotated and refreshed regularly. The space already includes a variety of toys and enrichment activities for dogs to enjoy. At this time, there is an area where dogs may naturally dig and play, which is perfectly fine while ongoing improvements continue. A water hose is available inside the yard, and a dog pool is available for guest use. Guests may fill the pool as needed during their visit. If used, please drain, rinse, and lightly spray it, so it is ready for the next guest. For hygiene reasons, guests are kindly asked to bring their own water bowls. Bringing your own helps ensure cleanliness and allows each dog to use familiar items, especially since the host is not always present to sanitize shared equipment between visits. With the continued support of our guest community, additional amenities may be added or rotated —particularly to enhance comfort during very hot or very cold days.
