We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

At Sandy Bottom River Retreat you will find 8 acres of beautiful Florida woodlands, wetlands, and the river all in one place for you and your pup(s) to play and explore! There are tons of different sensory elements for you and your pup(s) to find throughout Sandy Bottom! Including but not limited to: 🌼 Wildflowers 🐓 Chicken Coop 🌲 Tree Swings 🦌 Wildlife 🐾 Trails 🐟 Fish 👃 Scents 🦋 Butterfriends 🔥 Firepits Our property is nestled on the river and is typically crystal clear, shallow and sandy bottomed; During the rainy season (July-Oct), the river becomes deep and dark colored, this can happen other times of the year as well when there is heavy rain for several days. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. Swimming and water play are at your discretion and responsibility. $20/hour for up to 2 dogs +$7 per additional dog Max 6 dogs per booking Overtime: $10 per 15 minutes Cleanup fee applies if waste is not picked up Our pricing reflects the privacy, space, and special features of our backyard. Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.
