Note: Jan 13th and 15th we are closed for a large portion of the day for repairs and updates to the pond. This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Well manicured and safe yard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. Just $5 extra for their human friends!
