🐾 Sniffspot Rules for Use 1. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Please do not bring dogs that are sick, injured, or showing signs of illness. 2. Supervision is required at all times. Pawrents must remain on site and actively supervise their dogs. 3. Clean up after your dog. Please pick up all waste and dispose of it properly. Waste bags are provided. 4. Respect the space. No digging, chewing, or damaging fences, equipment, or landscaping. 5. Aggressive behavior is not allowed. If any dog shows aggression toward people or other dogs, please leash and leave immediately. 6. Leash dogs upon arrival and departure. Dogs must be leashed outside the fenced area. 7. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances. 8. Children must be supervised at all times. 9. Use amenities at your own risk. Owners are responsible for their dog’s safety and behavior during the visit. 10. Respect your scheduled time. Please arrive and depart on time to respect other guests. By entering the Sniffspot, you agree to assume all risk associated with your dog’s use of the space.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
