This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

Welcome to the Ordway House! We're in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway, and we've got lots of good stuff to sniff and play with. We love dogs but since we don't have our own (yet), hosting a Sniffspot means we get to love all of yours (if you let us) as much as you do!

Fulled fenced in backyard .Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. $19 for the first pup $ 9.50 for second and third . The park will be closed on most Wednesdays for pool and yard maintenance but check schedule. Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . THE POOL IS CONSIDERED AN EXTRA ! It is $9 extra per hour and $ 4.50 additional pup. Please be honest During your booking . ONE PARENT ONE POOCH ONLY unless prearranged.There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps. Please refrain from using Hawaiian Tropic or other suntan oils that cloud the water and please brush your pup before swim to reduce fur in pool. Lots of mid-morning and afternoon shade. big, beautiful backyard is filled with trees and sunshades—a big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas and lots of wildflowers during the spring. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Welcome to Burbank! We have a large grassy backyard we'd love to share with your fur friend! A few years ago we rescued a big beautiful dog that did not get along with other dogs. Our backyard was her safe haven. Now that she has passed away, we want this to be a haven to other dogs like her. It was such a joy to have her run in the grass without worrying about another dog. Saint Augustine and wild grass, citrus trees, a few fruit and veggie beds, and some roses / flowers. We have a table, and plenty of seating in the shade. Be advised: Due to environmental and water safety reasons, we do not use any weed killer or chemicals on our lawn. We do our best to keep up with maintenance and keep the yard clear, but there will still be occasional wild grass, prickles, foxtails, weeds, and bugs in the yard. Please keep an eye on your pet! **Also, we're sad go say we're going to be moving soon and closing our SniffSpot after the summer.
