This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

Welcome to the Ordway House! We're in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway, and we've got lots of shade, and good stuff to sniff and play with. We love dogs but since we don't have our own (yet), hosting a Sniffspot means we get to love all of yours (if you let us) as much as you do!

Huge backyard covered by oak trees. Not a lot of grass but definitely a lot of room. Fully fenced. Dog toys provided as well as water and dog towels. Bug spray for yourself is also available.

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Lots of mid-morning and afternoon shade. big, beautiful backyard is filled with trees and sunshades—a big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas and lots of wildflowers during the spring. Rent the fully-fenced JRB K-9 training yard / agility course. In addition, Jesse R. Booker, founder of JRB K-9, is available to offer free training tips during your dog’s play time, if interested. Relax under the shade of our mature oak tree as your dog runs, plays and explores. You’ll also have access to our Wi-Fi and chilled bottled water. We have dog toys and water bowls, all washed and sanitized between guests. You have free use of the agility course to help build your dog’s confidence or for additional mental stimulation. During the summer months, we provide a shallow pool for those water-loving pups. JRB K-9 is a behavioral dog training facility with overnight boarding, so there will be plenty of new smells to stimulate your dog. Dog’s on-site will neither be seen, nor interact with your dog. No training sessions will take place outdoors during your visit. Street parking is available on site and we ask that you pick up after your dog when finished – a trash can is provided. Enter through the front gate and please always make sure the gate is closed and secured after entering, and before your dog is off leash. Thank you!
