Fencing details: Most of the backyard has 8ft fence. Any holes/gaps have been filled and are routinely monitored (because we have small dogs). A small section of the fencing is black metal w/a gate, and that section is less than 4 ft high.

Description

Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! ———— VACCINES: All visiting dogs must be up to date on all core vaccines. If your dog is able to jump over 4 foot fences, recommend watching them near the entry gate. The backyard is fully fenced, however there is space under the back porch where your dog may want to sniff around or play.
