Description

Beautiful 50 acres of mixed fields and forest. The forest has some trails made throughout. There is wildlife on the property, mainly deer and turkey. We have dogs in the house who will remain inside during reservations. There are outdoor cats on the property. The terrain is easy to walk in the fields and quite dry. The woods is also fairly dry and easy to walk, though the end of the trail becomes slightly wet, which is just more enjoyment for the pooch!

Please use the field entrance access. You may pull in and park near the gate. Please keep to that field and move towards the back of the property and the connecting back fields. Please refrain from passing that field towards the lawn and pasture.

Hello! I love this concept so thought I'd open up my 50 acres to other animal lovers! We have a mix of fields and woods, with some trails throughout. I hope your canines will love the land as much as ours do!

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Secluded in a small village, we have the best of both worlds : wooden area and open fields. Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. We are 0.5km away from the street, therefore you shouldn't worry about incoming traffic. It is very peaceful. Hope you enjoy your visit and give us your feed back!

***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. If you have further questions, please message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible!

Le terrain que je vous propose est en forêt, en montagne. Il y a un magnifique sentier en petites roches et en terre qui fait une boucle d’environ 1 km. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vue mais la forêt est magnifique et très privée. Nous comptons améliorer le terrain au fil du temps, par exemple en ajoutant des chaises, une table de pique-nique, des jeux pour les chiens et plus encore… HIVER: vous pouvez amener vos raquettes et vos traineaux! ÉTÉ: Il y a un petit lac privé! Si vous prévoyez vous baigner avec vos chiens apportez vos gilets de sécurité et vos serviettes! ENGLISH The land that I am offering you is in the forest, in the mountains. There is a beautiful small rock and dirt trail that loops about 1 km. There isn't much of a view, but the forest is beautiful and very private. We plan to improve the grounds over time, for example by adding chairs, a picnic table, games for dogs and more… WINTER: you can bring your snowshoes and sleds!
