*Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY IN THE BODY OF THIS DESCRIPTION. **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. One is a hound, so . . . ** there are poop bags interspersed along the fence line for your convenience. Pictured above. All Sniffspot proceeds made from this yard go to Fur Kids shelter.

Hazards

No hazards on the property other than what you would normally encounter on an outdoor lawn. It is a field, and not a perfectly manicured flat yard. The occasional low spot in the field. We try to fill those in when we find them.

People live on the property, so please be mindful of that. We do have a new Bermuda lawn on the upper part of the yard, closest to the house, so there are still a few dirt spots that have not filled in. Please, to the extent you can, keep your dogs from digging in the dirt in those areas. Poop bags will be on the table. Please pick up after your pet.
