Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

Dogs have access to the entire yard, which is part gravel, court, turf, concrete, and pool. ***If you or your dogs won't be using the pool and just want to use the yard, please message me for an adjusted rate.***

Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. You can plan your pups birthday party here as well.

Come have some fun in our heated salt water pool. Hourly dog rate includes swimming with their 1-5 owners. Any additional guests over that, please select the large party amenity or I will cancel the reservation Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest.

The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time that you have booked. There is fresh filtered (RO) water and access to toys and Chuckit balls/launchers in this area at all times in addition to the other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome!
