Description

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! Amenities: We provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray/sunscreen, and poop bags. Noises/Distractions: Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Parking: Our driveway has space for 1-2 cars. You may park in the driveway. If for some reason the driveway isn't available for parking we'll inform you ahead of time! Street parking is permit-only weekdays from 8-5. You may not park in the lot next to the house, but there is also metered parking around the corner on Highland. Our fur babies love our space and we know yours will, too!

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! A couple things to note: 1. The fence door is tricky to open. You have to pull up and towards you on the handle using a little bit of force. 2. We’ll do our best to provide amenities like dog toys and fresh water for your pups, but with shorter notice of the booking we may not be able to provide all amenities. 3. Please ensure you latch the fence back properly for the safety of our own fur babies. Enjoy!

But also there is free street parking. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
