Description

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

HOST NOTE

Please do not leave your dog unattended in the sniffspot area even for a moment. The gate can latch and be difficult to open from the outside. While this is rare it could happen leaving you on the outside of the sniffspot and your dogs locked inside. Please just don't even risk it especially because it's not safe to leave the dogs unattended regardless of the gate.

Please never leave the dogs in the sniffspot unattended even if it's just for a few minutes. Although rare, gate could have trouble unlocking from outside because of the design of the handle. Also it's just dangerous to leave dogs unattended even if just for a moment. Please always stay in the sniffspot area with your dogs. If you need to run to your car for a moment for example please leash your dogs and bring them with you. Please do not unleash dogs until in the designated sniffspot area. The yard with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area. While it is safe to pass through that yard to get to the sniffspot area it is not safe to have your dog unleashed in that area.

But also there is free street parking. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were.
