There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. My yard is fully fenced for your fur friend to run and sniff around! I have a table with chairs, rockers and a lounge for humans to enjoy. There is a hose out back. The neighborhood is super calm and quiet, and often the only sounds are birdsong! At the end of my block, there is a walking trail (South river trail). Very quiet also.

Kick back and relax while your dog gets to run wild through the woods. We are a historic stone cabin set on a National Wildlife Habitat. A little slice of nature, right in the city! We welcome groups, as long as all dogs are appropriately accounted for. Bring a picnic, grab a slice at Fellini's down the street, feel free to hang while your dog plays! Our space is generally quiet and very private. FYI: Yard is heavily wooded, and at a steep incline. Sturdy shoes are recommend if you'd like to join your dog up the hill. Think of it like a fully fenced, off-leash nature hike! MEMBERSHIPS: Members get specially curated goodie bags every visit and access to extended hours. SUMMER: It's a wooded property and the bugs are out! We spray the yard with cedar and garlic oils to try and help keep the mosquitoes at bay. We also always provide bug spray for you to use (that is safe for you and your dog).
