**ROADWORKS**. From the 13th Jan 2026 my road will be closed for 6 weeks & can only be accessed from Mill Road, it will be marked residents only. Just tell them you live at number 1527 and they will let you through** Reduced operating hours: Our opening hours will be reduced for 2026 now that the horses have returned, allowing us time to enjoy the property as well, but please feel free to message me as we might be able to accommodate you still. A great location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. The main big creek has water all year round. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. Unfortunately we no longer provide a consistent supply of dog toys as they all go missing, sometimes the same day they are put out! There will be toys out on the odd occasion and we usually provide a good stack of sticks for dogs to enjoy but otherwise feel free to bring your dogs favourite toy with you 🙂 Neighbours barking dog: Our neighbour who runs the Sniffspot 15 acre adventure farm in Karaka lives next door to us and lets their German Shepard bark ALL the time even when they are home so there is a high chance you might encounter it on arrival or departure, the dog is 70m away from my place & cannot be seen only heard as it barks loud. We have had over 700 past reservations and not had any issues so far so your dog should be fine seems the dog cannot be seen & is a good distance away. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD.
