Includes PRIVATE OFF STREET PARKING in a driveway (up to 3 compact cars fit!) and private/quiet entrance to yard as well! You and your pup are more than WELCOME to explore our LARGE UNFENCED FRONT YARD too! *ON A LEASH PLEASE* as there is a BUSY ROAD/SIDEWALK in front of us but still tons of sniffing/exploring to do! Cleanup- Please help us keep it clean we will provide a poop scooper and trash can/bags.✨ Pet Photo Booth- Please help us keep it clean and long lasting for many pet families to use! -Please do not letting your pets urinate on it. -When moving the booth please grab it by both sides of the booth, please do not grab it by the top or the wood holding up the sign. -If any damage is done or noticed please let me know ASAP so I can repair the item or remove from my listing temporarily. Digging-Please do not allow your pets to dig other than in the designated digging area. Located immediately to your right when entering the yard! Garden bed- We do have a Veggie garden bed in the yard please don’t let your pets get into it.

Fenced-in backyard (twice as big as most neighbors’ yards! lots of room to run) with chairs/tables for humans and water bowls/faucet for pups. Poop bags and water bottles also provided. WiFi password provided by request (just send me a message). Fence is between 4.5 and 5 feet tall in most spots, and it was last repaired/replaced in summer 2025. Winter ☀️ lighting: sun starts spreading across the yard (from the trees toward the house) around 9 AM; still half-shaded at 11 AM; full sun by 12 PM; shade starts again around 3 PM.

Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Don't park in front April to November. 2nd Tues/month.
