Unique and comfortable in its design. Come check out our new spot. Sitting places to relax great views and very local to everything.

Pond is for appearance only. No swimming allowed. Dogs may enter water at pet owners own risk. For the sake of all involved if your pet is distressed or has been abused or has a history of biting we ask that you keep your dog leashed at all times on the property. While this is a private and secluded property there is the potential for someone to approach from time to time. While very unusual, it could happen and we do not want to have an incident.

Additional rules

Parking at cleared area on left before going up Sniff Spot Way. Follow arrow signs to and through trails. More signage and additional trails coming soon. No littering. Please excuse out mess as we grow. 6 additional acres are being incorporated into our trails so the area is apx. 8 acres more or less!

Our property’s back yard has a large lake, which is why it is listed as “partially”fenced. Otherwise, it is fully fenced. So if your furbaby is a swimmer, they will LOVE it here! There is a ramp leading directly into the water near our dock. However if your fur baby loves to swim TOO much and decides to exit the lake on the opposite side of our property, then you may have to hop in your car and retrieve them around the block, but If they have good recall, awesome! Lots of shade, and wildlife (ducks, geese, squirrels, raccoons) (Do not let your dog harm any of the wildlife). If your dog is a “prey” dog and you fear it will chase and catch a duck, goose, raccoon, then this may not be the place for you. If they know “leave it” then fantastic! :-) During the winter, if the lake is freezing over or frozen, we will NOT allow bookings.
