35This was our first visit and as others have said, be prepared to get dirty. The dogs loved running through the water and then rolling in the good 'ol Bend dust. There was plenty to sniff and occupy them for them to the point we didn't even attempt to play fetch. This spot was a perfect one for practicing recall as there were a lot of interesting things for our 2 year old golden to be distracted by. Some items I could not locate and wish were either more easily accessible, or present: (1) There was an upside down water bowl, but did not see a hose to fill it. (2) I did not see a place to throw our poo bags. I did reach out to the owner while we were there to see if I was just not seeing these items, but have not received a response back.
55The dogs had a great time exploring this spot! Large area • Ground is a bit dusty and has some holes in it which wasn’t a problem for me and my pups • 1 side of the property is next to a main road and again this wasn’t an issue - my dogs enjoyed running after big trucks and motorcycles • the narrow stream, which runs along 2 sides of the property was a HUGE bonus for my LabX • and lastly, the views of the Cascades were lovely.
45Nice canal for the dogs to play in the water on a warm day. Plenty of gophers or ground squirrels holes to explore and dig up. The pups had a great time

55It is fantastic acreage especially with the canal running. Dogs feel so free to roam and exhausted afterwards.
55Great place with shade and open space. The creek flows nicely but be prepared for muddy legs. Beautiful field. One gate was left open though and our dogs both got out — so BE SURE to check main and side gate.

45It’s a nice big field with a canal running through for a bonus, and some interesting critter holes for dogs to sniff. I did find a gap in the fencing near the vehicle shed and wasn’t comfortable letting my dog off leash since Deschutes Market Road is right there with lots of fast-moving traffic.
45My dogs very much enjoyed running around the field and splashing in the stream. Definitely full of fun smells and corners to explore. There are a lot of holes from wildlife as other reviews mentioned but my dog was completely fine while still playing fetch around them. Thank you!
