Description

Visit our home in the countryside of Blacksburg, VA where you may spot the occasional farm animal from our neighboring fence. Leash is required except for inside our fenced in area where your dogs are free to roam and play. We kindly ask that you do not let your pet in or around the garden area due to potential wildlife. Please pick up after your pet so that our yard can be clean and safe for our own pets. :)

Additional rules

-Please pick up after your pets. -You may park in Gravel Driveway, except for in front of garage door. -Please do not interact with any wildlife or other pets -Please stay away from the garden beds -You are required to have your pets leashed until fully inside gate. -You must remain with your pets at all times within the gate. Do not leave your pets unattended. -High winds are expected on our area. Please do not stand under trees along the fence line for your safety. -Please check that both gate entrances are fully closed and latched for you and your pet’s safety. -Please bring your own pet amenities such as doggie waste pickup bags, trash disposal, toys, food and water bowls. -Please notify owner by text upon arrival and departure.

Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.
