You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it. Please NO HUMANS on the dog equipment. This will break the equipment.

Peaceful mini-retreat with field & woods

Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a field & orchard in the front. The back half is forested and has maintained trails throughout. Features include covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams & ponds in the woods during the wet season. Gravel, woodchips & foot bridges keep the main trails in decent shape but there's easy access to mud & water so expect a wet, dirty pup. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided. Waterproof traction boots, rainwear + towels recommended. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear—there’s space for training or just pure play. Scenery & Vibes: Lush green grass (mowed regularly) and classic Whonnock tranquility. Spot wildlife from afar (deer, birds) without any farm animals on-site. Year-round access—muddy spots are minimal. Access & Parking: Easy driveway pull-in off 108th Avenue. Park in our parking lot. We’re dog-friendly hosts (our pups stay indoors during bookings). Dogs must be on leash until you get inside the fenced area. This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.
