It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. We are doing a slow yard clean-up and adding some things so only $5 for the month....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 We have a few chairs on the deck and umbrella, as well as a water bowl and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off. Hope to hear from you soon! 🐾

Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. NEW: If you're interested in a shallow water pool/sprinkler for smaller dogs/older dogs, it's listed under extras with no fee. Just add it on to let me know you'd like it set up vs. the deeper kiddie pool.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: • 🐕 ‼️ 👀 DOG NEXT DOOR: There is a dog that lives next door to the south that is sometimes outside in her own backyard. She is a friendly, large young dog. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits. • Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) • ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. There is a gas station half a block north.

Residential home, fully fenced with two entry points. Front yard is mowed weekly and back yard is usually left to grow long. Muddy dirt patch in the back is ok for diggers! Patio is open for use if needed, please just let us know ahead of time so we can bring the cats inside and unlock it for you. You can play with the hose if you’d like. Feel free to move the furniture around if it’s in the way or you’d like it in a different spot. We aren’t attached to where they get put.
