Our fully fenced yard and pool area provides your pup room to splash, sun bathe and explore off-leash. With lots of trees on multiple sides of the property, shady spots can be found all day as the sun rotates across the sky. The seating area on the south end of the pool offers a nice view of Mt. Olympus. Please note there is no grass in the backyard. Humans are permitted to join their pups in the water but we would ask that only adults enter the pool. The pool is 6ft deep at the deepest point, 9ft wide and 28 ft long. There are also a series of ledges/ large steps on the shallow end of varying depths for dogs who might need a rest or want to ease their way into the water. With cold temps in UT in fall & winter, our Sniffspot will be shut down starting in mid-October and re-open in April/ May (weather dependent).

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

We love having a backyard for our dog to run around in :) hopefully your dog will enjoy it too! We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up the dog pool for extra charge. Note: pool not available during winter months

Welcome to our Shady Sanctuary, a private summer oasis perfect for your furry friend! Our .12-acre backyard is designed with your pet's comfort and enjoyment in mind. The yard features five mature, shade-providing trees, ensuring a cool and refreshing environment even on the hottest days. Your dog will love exploring the lush turf and grass yard sections, ideal for running, playing, and lounging. For those pups who enjoy a good dig, we've included a dedicated dirt patch just for them. Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Our yard is a great spot for dogs to get some exercise in a safe, fully-fenced area. We’ve also got a shaded spot where you can relax while your pup explores and plays. Whether your dog likes to run around or just sniff around, there’s plenty of space to enjoy. We’re looking forward to hosting you and your dog!

**Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.
