Description

All things magical! Open 3 acres to run or hike in the woods (24 acres) where the magical fun begins.

Hazards

Wildlife (coyotes, bear, hawks, snakes) brick wall in front yard (although dogs love to jump off, be careful) uneven terrain in yard and woods, poison ivy, and fungi. Trails are present but overgrown.

Additional rules

To be courteous to neighbors and wildlife please make sure your dog has excellent recall ability when using the open three acres. Please use the front yard and side yard only. Do not go to back of the house. If hiking in the woods, you must take the offered bear spray with you. While we have not encountered wildlife in person, we have seen them on our cameras;) Trails are existent but may be muddy and have branches and other debris.
