Situé juste derrière notre maison, ce domaine paisible comprend +- 3 km de sentiers entretenus 4 saisons, un étang baignable pour les chiens dans lequel habitent poissons, grenouilles, tortues ainsi que des bernaches et canards en saison. S’y trouve aussi un quai et des chaises pour relaxer au son des oiseaux et des grenouilles pendant que votre chien se baigne et s’amuse. Chevreuils, dindes sauvages, chouettes, lapins et renards y vivent. Œufs de mes poules en liberté à vendre $6 douzaine selon disponibilité. * EXTRAS * Réservez la terrasse de 10'x30' couverte et joliment meublée 4 saisons , non chauffée mais à l'abri du vent. Foyer au propane sur la terrasse et rond de feu avec Adirondack au parterre. Quantité de bois fournie. Grand terrain plat et gazonné au pied de la terrasse pour jouer avec votre chien. Partiellement clôturée. Welcome to our 60-acre private forest in Bromont — the perfect spot for dogs and their humans looking to enjoy some off-leash freedom in nature! Located just behind our home, this peaceful space offers about 3 km of maintained trails, a dog-friendly swimming pond with a dock and chairs where you can relax at the sound of frogs and birds while your pup plays. In season, you may also see turtles and ducks. Deers, rabbits, owls fox and wild turkeys live there too. We also have a chicken coop with a secure enclosure. A perfect place to run, explore, or just enjoy the quiet countryside. *EXTRAS* Enjoy the terrace of 10x30' covered and beautifully furnished 4 seasons ,not heated but sheltered from the wind. Propane fireplace on the terrace and round fire with Adirondack on the ground floor. Limited quantity of wood supplied. Large grassy field at the foot of the terrace to play with your dog. This area is partially fenced. See in Extras.

Play Ball or Frisbee on a large Play ground partially fenced Near the house. Enjoy the BBQ, fire spot( some free wood ) confortable sitting, table and chairs. May also enjoy the propane fireplace. 6 adults/5 dogs/ 3 Hours /trails/ terrace

J'ai la chance de demeurer dans un merveilleux endroit en campagne entouré d'une magnifique forêt privée avec de beaux sentiers et un étang avec quai. Les chiens adorent s'y promener, renifler les pistes des animaux qui y habitent. La laisse est à votre discrétion.
