Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course (bring your discs!), a huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and we are very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc as we do live in a rural area. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. We also have TONS of bluebonnets by the pond every spring if you’d like bluebonnet pics with your pups. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax.

(Pool is unheated, except upon request. $25 fee to heat pool (2 hrs notice). Heats up to 90 degrees.) You may also enjoy our bubbling hot tub for a $10 amenity fee. Hot tub heats to 104 degrees. Our park is a peaceful, fully fenced, safe, private yard and pool oasis for dogs, situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. We are located in Richardson, 20 mins from Downtown Dallas and 5 miles from UT-Dallas. Plenty of easy street parking is always available right in front, steps from the gate. The open space in the middle of the yard is perfect for high-energy play like fetch or running, while the large trees around the perimeter provide plenty of shady spots for cooling down and relaxing on hot days. You’ll also be provided fresh water for your dog to cool off after a fun session of play. As an aspiring dog trainer, I’m happy to offer tips or assistance with training if you’d like! Whether your dog needs a quiet place to relax, or you’re looking for the perfect setting for off-leash running, this yard is ideal for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood for your pups to play! We have a variety of agility equipment available for use. I do ask that if you adjust the equipment to different heights that you return it to its original position. We have several jumps, a set of 6 weave poles, a mini a frame, and a teeter. A tunnel is available if requested before you arrive. Our spot also features a large kiddie pool for the pups and a water hose to refill as needed. We have several chairs available, a fire pit and a variety of children's toys if you'd like to bring your family along. If you plan to use the fire pit please bring your own wood. We have curtains up to protect your privacy and minimize distractions for your dog.
