55First time using this app and was happy with out visit. My dogs are escape artist and happy to see they are expanding the enclosed areas. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
55My dogs LOVE this spot!
25Our experience was not so great here. The space itself is large with plenty of room to run and the farm animals made for a fun touch, but there was so much animal poop everywhere. Once our pup got over the excitement of seeing farm animals, it was impossible to get her to stop eating all the poop found all over the field. We had to leave early after only 30 minutes because we were worried about our pup getting sick from all the poop she was ingesting. Also based on the listing, we were expecting to have access to water but I could not locate this. Unfortunately this place is not a good fit for us.
55This was the first time my trio have meet sheep, goats and turkeys. There were in a separate fenced area and curious about each other, then lost interest quickly. Good secure fences, dogs exhausted for the rest of the day.
55The place is super spacious and well enclosed. Our Pola had a blast sniffing everything and playing catch to her heart’s content. Thanks for sharing your cool spot!!!
55Nice secure and secluded area. Beautiful surroundings and curious goats at the fence. It was a perfect place for my shy pup to really stretch her legs and have safe new experiences.
55Great spot. Dogs and kids loved seeing the goats and turkeys. Everyone came home tired.
55We are always looking for dog park alternatives for our anxious rescue pup. She had a great time here and was able to burn off energy uninterrupted. Though she was a bit startled by the goats at first-- with such a big open space it was easy to stay away from their fenced in area for the most part. The open play area did have some thorny plants to watch out for but besides that the area looks clean and well taken care of!
55We had an absolute blast today! The large open space was perfect for the pups to run around, and they loved socializing with the animals. The only thing missing was water for them to drink after all that running, but other than that, everything was fantastic. Thanks for having us!
55This was our first sniff spot and we will be back! Lots of great and maintained space for our pup, and both my kids and dog loved watching the animals while they ran around to burn off energy! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Description

2024-05-20 Update: The new fencing is complete for the first area! We are still working on fully fencing the "open play" section, so please keep doggos in the "fenced" green section for now. Welcome to Two Sisters Dog Park. We have a perfect little slice of freedom for your pupper! There is a fenced area for those that are still learning and a wide open play area for those that are okay off leash and want to get the lead out. As a working hobby farm we are constantly working on the property, but we will always be respectful and give you privacy. If you or your dog wants to say hello or has any questions about the animals/property, we are here, just give a wave or a holler. Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. We have bee hives on property but away from the dog area. We do have a Rough Collie puppy on site. He is indoors but is 99% interested in running around if your dog would like a companion.

Cleanliness

95% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Currently digging fence posts in order to fully enclose. This is a full functioning farm... which means you will encounter poop. Goat poop, rabbit poop, sheep poop, coyote poop, bear poop, squirrel poop, turkey poop, chicken poop, sometimes even some bigfoot poop. You should know we don't use pesticides or anything Joni Mitchell wouldn't approve of, so it's "clean" poop. If your dog is the kind of dog that eats poop and you're the kind of person that is looking for a poop-free land, you're in the wrong space.

Montana's 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Camas: Closing October 21st for winter.

Closing October 21st for winter. Kiddy pool has a hole in it, so will be unusable until further notice! Please read ALL descriptions (including photos) before entering property. Return the toys and balls to where you found them, to the best of your ability. 5 acres is a lot of ground to cover, and if I have to round everything up after you visit, you will be blocked. Losing a ball or three is no big deal, it happens lol, but not picking up after yourself is rude. Please leave the place as you found it. Don’t knock on my doors, and do not ask me for my phone number. We have 3 separate fields. Black berry bushes are very present in all fields. FIELD 1: Closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this field “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills, or for those who want to hide biodegradable items in the rock piles to be found. Orange flags indicate boundaries with a buffer to prevent trespassing onto neighboring property back into the woods. There are times when I have to leave or enter the property, which I will notify you if this is to happen during your visit. Our three dogs will be heard from this field (from inside of the house). You will find the 2nd gate entrance here, into field 2. Look for the black garbage can, as well as blue kiddy pool to navigate to field 2. FIELD 2: the best field! Our backyard. It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device to recall because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. The fencing is approximately 3’ high. Horses can be seen from this field on neighbor’s property, along with their dog, Cooper. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy, easy gate access, and accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood, and a couple of log benches around the property. I try my best to maintain and refresh a kiddy pool and the water bowl. I strongly recommend against use of field 3 during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off in field 3, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance (on foggy days). Water access is in field 1 by the house, please turn off with hose in “on” position to prevent built-up water pressure in the hose. Field 3: this is an excellent field for dogs with recall skills. Through the first two fields, is field 3, a property long and flat, one which openly borders our neighbor’s property. You must go through the gate at the bottom of field 2 to enter this field. While this field is technically entirely fenced, the entire property is not all ours, so we have marked boundaries using orange flags. Please reference photos for what these orange boundary flags look like. The orange flags indicate hazards along fence line, entrance to bee hives, and boundaries between properties. Cautions: Coyotes frequent this lower field on a weekly basis, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. I strongly recommend against use of this field during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance. Also, coyotes tend to be more active during these foggy periods. This field (field 3) is a split property (2 parcels), half ours, half theirs. The neighboring owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos of orange flags designating boundary lines). It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, and uneven grass. There is a digging area here too. I have seen coyotes, skunks, deer, owls, a feral cat, and bunnies in this field. Horses and neighbor dog cooper are sometimes visible. Please contact me with any questions!

Nature in the City Private Dog Park

Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our natural setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, a tall grassy wetland-like area, several nature trails for hiking adventures where your dog(s) can explore, run & feel free, and a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s a trail where you have to walk on logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit it will have more open space, more trails, and the blackberry bushes will be trimmed back. We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is fully secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We just added 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who need to visit after dark. They light up the entryway, main field, and the shelter. Thank you!

Thank you!
