We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

Hey Dog Lovers! Please read!! We finally fenced half of our Yard and decided to share the fun with you! There is a fully fenced area for you and your dog to enjoy some off-leash time. You can also use the rest of our unfenced land (we have 1.4 acres all together) My dog will be inside all the time, but might bark at your arrival. My neighbors do not own dogs, so this is great for reactive dogs. Please pick up after your pet - i provide a pooper scooper.
