WE TEMPORARILY HAVE TURNED AVAILABILITY OFF SO WE CAN PLANT GRASS IN THE BARE SPOTS AND ALLOW IT TO GROW FOR THE SPRING. Will most likely only take two weeks so we will be back to full availability soon. Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

No dogs close by but may see some deer and groundhogs etc. and some cats. Yard is unfenced and has pear tree in center. Spring 2025 Some days may be blocked off for us to mow and get our yard ready for spring! We are planting clover seeds in the dead patches so we apologize for any muddy spots around the yard after rain! Message me for any questions or concerns. Hello! Our house is located in the south hills of Pittsburgh between Baldwin and Whitehall. Close by Bethel Park and West Mifflin, there’s a Lowe’s about 5 minutes away too for dog training! We have two senior small dogs and a cat, they may come up to the glass doors looking out to the yard and patio to say hello. Our backyard is fully fenced in and we sometimes see rabbits, squirrels, many birds, chipmunks, and deer! There are a few gaps in the fencing near the gates so very small dogs will need to be supervised in case they can squeeze through. We have a small 10lbs senior dog and have never had her escape but just be aware. Two large dogs live next door to us and we share a fence line with them, they are friendly but do bark! The yard is uneven so please NO human running and watch your step!!! Please do not park in our driveway in case we need to leave during a booking. There is open parking on the street in front of our house and gate access located by the garage on the left side of the house. We hope you and your dogs have a great time!

Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.
