55This is a great spot, my two dogs loved exploring the spacious yard. The area was clean, as described and very easy to get in and out. Looking forward to booking again, thank you!
45I will definitely come again! It's a nice big open space that allows for running or sniffing. My pup isn't much of a runner but he had a great time sniffing the perimeter. Chairs, doggy water, and a garbage can were all provided. There are horses across the street (can be heard but not seen from the play area). Make sure to wear clothing you don't care so much about. The grass isn't spotless (deer and dog poops) but minimal and easy to see. The gate to enter is awkward to open, which I got a hole in my pant leg (I didn't see the fence wire catch on my pant leg). I'll definitely come again, just dress in something more appropriate.
55Highly recommend ! Large 1 acre securely fenced lot with nice grass, well kept & clean, shade & sun, water in bowls, chairs & table and lots of space for ball chasing !!
45Nice grassy area, can see the owner maintains the yard, little disappointing to see that others don't pick up after their dogs. Only leaving a 4 star because it was a bit smaller than expected. Overall satisfied, will return again!
55Thanks for being our first experience with Sniffspot! The four big puppies loved the open space to run! The U shape was fun for them to explore. All the doggos give it four paws up (literally! They are crashed out in my kitchen floor!) We will be back! Thank you!
55We love this place! Such a large, secure and quiet spot for the dogs to get a good run in. But if your dogs are like mine there's no running involved lol, just a whole bunch of great smells to check out. They come home happy and exhausted 🙂

This is a very quiet neighborhood but you can sometimes hear the neighbors across the street out in their yard, but you don't usually see anyone. Sometimes someone will walk passed and in the summer lots of cyclist go by. No one lives next door to us!

Being in the Okanagan, rattle snakes and others live around here, we keep the grass cut low but you'll still want to keep an eye out. Deer are often around. Some holes in the yard to watch out for from my dogs digging.
