Description

**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Please see the amenities and access instructions portions of our profile for more information! We bought our property specifically for our own dogs to enjoy, so we know yours will love it too. Hazards

Do not allow dogs to eat any flowers in the yard that may be in bloom as some may have the potential to be toxic if eaten. The long grass behind the pool increases the risk of happening upon a snake or other critter so just take extra care in watching where you step if you choose to use the back half of the property. Black snakes are your friend, please leave them be. If you see a brown snake with hershey kiss shaped pattern on its body, please walk away and inform us immediately. Patrick's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Charlotte

Hello! I'm Patrick. All dogs are welcome to my private dog park! There is shade near the edges of the yard by the trees. Comfortable areas for you to relax while your dog plays. The water hose is next to the A/C unit. Feel free to use the outdoor amenities. We have some bug spray, etc. for your use. You can park up front on the U-shape driveway. Please enter the park through the gate to the right, next to the column.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
