Hello! I'm Patrick. All dogs are welcome to my private dog park! There is shade near the edges of the yard by the trees. Comfortable areas for you to relax while your dog plays. The water hose is next to the A/C unit. Feel free to use the outdoor amenities. We have some bug spray, etc. for your use. You can park up front on the U-shape driveway. Please enter the park through the gate to the right, next to the column.

Our fully fenced in yard is perfect for a pup playdate! The fence is solid so there are no visuals of other dogs. The ground is flat and there is access to a large hill outside of the fence for some on leash fun. There is a large tree for shade during the summer or your pup can cool down under the raised deck. Driveway parking is available and there is a hose connection and trash can on the way to the fence gate. Fostering? Frolic for free! Just send us a message to set up your visit. Note there are cats in the home who may peek out the window to see what's going on!

Come give your playful pup a nice place to roam, run, and romp! We have a great flat backyard ready for you and your furry friend. Edges of the yard are shaded by trees and the hose is next to the A/C. Feel free to bring your own Eno hammock to clip to the hammock stand. We have some doggie bags, bug spray, etc for your use and will try to put up a pop-up tent for additional sun/rain protection if we’re able to!

**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. 1. MUST CONFIRM with me before booking, please. We have two dogs of our own that I will likely take out of the house while the yard is in use. Please coordinate with me before if this is a must for you! We have a privacy fence around the whole yard. We do not have neighbors behind us because there is a walking trail so sometimes you might hear people/bikes passing by. The neighbor to our left has two dogs but they aren’t usually out in the yard for long. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before booking.

Entering the spot: The gate is to the right of our garage, it just swings open and is held shut by a metal loop. There is no lock. Parking: Our driveway is steep and curves. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage and then back into the space beside our truck to drive down the driveway when leaving, I do not recommend backing down it. I am also happy to open our garage to give you more room if needed. We used to have a F250 and were able to navigate without issues. You can also park in the culdesac in front of our house. Getting Here: We live in a gated community so I will have to call in a pass (this is why I require a 2 hour notice for visits). I will reach out when you confirm your visit to request a first and last name to call in a pass for you to enter. Use YMCA Camp Thunderbird’s address to be sure you go to the main gate of our neighborhood. The gate is manned 24/7. Give them your name and our address and they will provide you with a paper pass. Please note, you will be required to show them your drivers license to enter. Restroom: If you need to use the restroom, please just send me a message so that I know you may be inside. To access it, use the doors closest to the hose in the back yard. There is a half bathroom inside immediately to the left. Please note this amenity is only available if we are home.
