Description

This spot is on a corner lot in a neighborhood. The full lot is about .25 acres and the fully fenced-in backyard is about half of that. The neighbors have a dog who is outside occasionally. Two cats live inside the house and may stare at your doggo(s) ☺️ Park in front of the house on Coventry and walk to the gate off Little Mack. Please bag your dogs waste and toss in the grey garbage bin. You're welcome to sit on the outside furniture to relax!

Hi! I'm Rachael! I don't have any doggos right now, but I love them and I have the space to let them run around. I have 2 cats, Gracie and Mr. Willow, who may stare at your pups from the safety of inside. I love gardening, traveling, hiking, and reading. I may come out and say hi, it just depends on if I have time. Enjoy the yard!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
