Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* this is our personal yard/home and active farm that we’re constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. Since we’re adding a fenced area for chickens, it does NOT impact the integrity of the existing fence. Construction material may be on the property but nothing dangerous to dogs since this is my own dogs personal yard. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool.
