My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

Please bring them in a diaper or belly band to keep our space clean and safe!* Please note: the space can only be used for Sniffspot rentals when the facility is completely free. Therefore, availability is highly reliant on class schedule, private lesson schedule, and trainer availability. We are unable to list rental time slots more than 30 days in advance. 90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
Plenty of room to run with a stock tank pool for keeping cool in the summer.
Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.
One of our best amenities here at Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding is our beautiful yard. And we wanted to share it with everyone. Even if they're not one of our guests. The yard is fully fenced, we have tons of treats, every kind of toy your pup could possibly want, and has agility equipment including: jumps, a small A-frame, a dog walk & more!
I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.
