45I missed the small sign on the gate and parked in the wrong place but once we worked out where we needed to be our dogs had a lovely run around. There was a small gap in the fence bordering a neighbour’s property so we couldn’t completely relax as one of our dogs was an escape artist. Definitely wear gumboots as my shoes and trousers were soaked afterwards.
55Fantastic spot! Entry from the road. Lots of space to roam. We were able to close off a section for our dog which suited us well. Trees on one side for some shade on sunny days. Very close if you live in the Albany or Hibiscus Coast area
55Perfect. I've been hoping a spot like this would open somewhere near for a long time. Our two Bullmastiffs had a great time exploring, running, watching the ducks and the planes.
45My dog had the best time running around off leash and sniffing everything. The water bucket was great too. It was nice to not have to worry about other dogs too because he’s reactive.

55Easy to find. We parked in front of the gate which was hopefully the right place. Gate opened inwards so we had enough space for one vehicle. Dogs loved all the different smells from farm animals that had been in the paddock previously and the little group of trees kept them quite busy investigating. Would’ve stayed longer, but our boy tweaked a hip injury while we were there (not related to the property - he just over did it). Only neg comment is prob that sniff spot doesn’t seem to advertise in NZD. Must be USD

Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. 2 acres of land in Dairy Flat just 7 minutes from Silverdale and 12 minutes from Albany. Suitable for dog training and off leash. Has farm fencing around the property so ideal for large dogs. A large property to throw a ball/stick and for the dogs to run! Enjoy the planes flying over from the local airport. In summer paddling pools will be available for the dog/s to splash in. Can park in front of the farm gate or enter through the farm gate and park on the grass. Farm gate opens into the property. Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up any dog poo. There is a red rubbish bin to dispose of your dog poo. Hose and water tap to wash down your dogs is next to the red rubbish bin by the house. Please make sure the water tap is turned off once finished. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you. NOTE - During winter paddocks can get muddy. Be prepared for muddy wet dogs. Also recommend owners wear gum boots!

Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up your dog poo. A hose is on the side of the house should you need to hose off your dog/s. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you.
