2-acre fenced property, this Sniffspot provides an ideal blend of nature and enjoyment. The wooded area features trails that are perfect for exploration, while the flat front yard is perfect for tossing dog balls and toys. It’s a dog’s paradise, allowing them to run and play freely. Additionally, if you're interested, I can fill in up a mini pool for the dogs—just send me a message, and I’ll happily fill it for some fun splashing!

I initially purchased my 2-acre fenced-in property to give my three cherished senior dogs a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy their senior years. Although they have since passed on, their memory remains alive as Nilla, my energetic 1-year-old Beagle, and my rescue Border Collie puppy, Cocoa, who now roam this area filled with love and memories. If you're looking for a safe, off-leash area for your furry friends, I would be thrilled to welcome them to explore this unique space! 🐶🌳
