In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. -No drinking or drugs. -No parties -No loud music -Please clean up waste from your dogs. -Please keep toys on the property so they can be enjoyed by others. -Always shut the wooden gate behind you. -If you enjoy a drink from the cooler please make beer r via Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Square. -Only dogs you have booked should be the only ones here with a max of 4 human companions. -Please only use what you have booked patio, wash station, events, etc. -Please be tidy with trash. - Small Snacks Only (We aren’t a restaurant so having meals isn’t allowed) -We ask you keep voices at a low volume as we do not want to be rude to the neighbors. Importantly the early morning hours. -Be polite and kind.

Host for years and loving it. We have our own two dogs and know how dog parks can be super anxiety ridden for both human and dog. We have a Dog that fears everything and that’s why we started sniff spot with our massive backyard. A safe place for any dog to enjoy the outdoors without having to be I fear. D

Lower Greenville Backyard

My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. I do have a hound so please let me know if I need to keep him out of sight!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
