Help yourself to the water hose to fill the kiddie pool or fill your pups water. There is a shaded patio area with a table, lots of chairs around the pool in the sun or under the shade trees, as well as a poolside hammock. Enjoy!

Parking on street in front of house with side gate entry into backyard. Please keep pups out of the planters and off of the furniture. We take great care of our yard and pool and want you and your pups to enjoy yourselves while respecting our property. 2 dog maximum. (As of 6/6/24 there is some construction on the house and one side of the yard but our sniffspot will still be available)

This hidden gem is perfect for dogs and humans of all sizes, ☺️ & conveniently located just off the 405 freeway. The entire space is surrounded by walls with a gated entrance. There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large stainless steel bowl for water. **NOTE: We often have back to back bookings, and as such we might not have a chance to clean and refill the water bowl. Please refill using hose or water provided as necessary. Thank you!!!** We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) please. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

Owners live in the home and you could see or hear them. The space and rental is focused on your dogs. We have a puppy lab mix Stevie (Nicks) that is also fun and would be happy to join the fun if your pup is willing and accepting. Bbq for cooking burgers or dogs for your pups parties. No children under 18. NO DOOR DASH deliveries please... Unless approved prior. 2 humans per dog(s) in a family. Yes, you can swim with your dog! Discounts for more than 3 dogs. Message me prior to booking. There is a bathroom and shower area. Please brush your pups before coming over and, if doable, rinse them in hose or shower before swimming. ( helps us keep pool.cleaner) Skim pool ( just one time around)when done and pick up poop please! We now offer a dryer fan to dry your dogs before you go.

Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”
