My dog (Pug) will be in the house during the visit. With blinds closed. The house to the right of me and two houses down. Does not border me, occasionally will have their labradoodle out and he can be seen from the right back corner of the yard. It is a dog neighbour hood, so dogs may be seen on walks or heard throughout the neighbour hood.

Dependent on time of day and time of year. Quiet during working hours on weekdays. Generally no visible humans except for local dog walkers or fitness enthusiasts. Summer or after work hours, while a quiet neighbour hood, the neighbours may be doing yard work. The foot traffic of dog walkers and fitness enthusiasts is heavier.

When facing the house go up the steps on the left, through the garden onto the grass and there is a gate to the backyard. Much safer than the right gate access which is on an incline. Please use the left gate.

Hazards

Fully fenced. Encompasses a small patch of woods. No dangerous creatures known in the yard. No dog specific dangerous plants identified at this time. There is a composter in the backyard and a dog clean up station. Both are in good repair but a large dog could turn them over and get into the contents. All yard tools would be put away prior to a clients visit. The deck, where there are chairs and a table available for use, is a low deck, with a step up. There is currently no lighting organized for at night. The lighting issue will be updated rapidly should there be enough night time client requests, otherwise will be a scheduled update for next year.
