Secluded, private with nature trail and swim pond! Patio & furniture available for guests.

Hazards

Path that leads to play yard & trail has a stream with a mossy, slippery bridge. Path is wooded, has tree roots, sticks & uneven ground. Nature trail has uneven ground, rivets, and droppings from wildlife. The fenced play yard has some uneven ground. Blackberries, rough thickets, poison ivy, etc. surround fencing, trail, and property. Deer, fox, coyotes, cranes, ducks, & other wildlife may be present. Bonfire pit could have debris in it. Pond may contain blue dye but is safe for aquatic life & animals. Excess fencing material along brush line is marked with cones & secure. 4 acres of 5-foot fence surrounds a beautiful property with woods, trails, and mowed areas. Smaller fenced pastures are available upon request. Dogs can interact with goats, chickens and local wildlife.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
