Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas. If blackberries are ripe, help yourself to a couple.
