Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

Hi everyone! I absolutely love this app and want to offer up our yard to anyone who needs to get their pup out to just stretch their legs and get some zoomies out. I will admit, the yard isn’t the BEST, it’s a work in progress, but if you live in an apartment and just want to be able to let your dog off leash to have some fun, this is a perfect spot for you at a really great price. I’m a certified dog trainer with 2 dogs of my own and know how important it is to be able to let your dog get their sniffs and zoomies in. The fence is nearly brand new, no holes. Hi there!! I am a dog lover who never had my own yard. It was so hard to find safe places to Take my dogs. Now I have a yard and I want to be able to share it with others. It is a Fenced yard that is about .5 acres. It is split by concrete down the middle. The dogs can run and play without worrying about running away or other dogs. There might be other dogs in the other yards or there might not be. We ask that dogs do not bark incessantly to disturb neighbors. Normal play noise is to be expected. There is a hose if needed water. Bathroom/indoor will not be accessible, will be locked.
