Hazards

Most of the neighbors have dogs that can often be seen and occasionally are heard. Please keep your pup safe from the thorny bushes that border the property. Feel free to pick the blackberry bushes (at your own risk). This property often has deer visitors and we often see Canadian geese flying overhead.

Fenced in pasture with plenty outside parking. Small dogs could slip through fence so be aware. Enter gravel driveway in front of garage and through large cattle gate…freshly mowed and ready to rumble!!! Always a cool breeze and shade even on a sunny day!!! Stay in front of the now gray garage and you won’t encounter cows 🐃

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
