Please be mindful of the farm animals on property. Goats and pigs live with dogs daily and are in a 3 acre fenced in pasture. Pasture will be dog free if you need a fenced in area to let your dog play. Wooded trails on property and next creek that leads to public Beach down the road

Large open grassy horse pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.
We own 4.8 acers of open water front land with a path (small trail) that leds to the water. Great breeze, sun light and private access to the water.
🐶 A tired dog is a happy dog :) 📍This ~3000sq/ft of private fully fenced yard is a great area to let your dogs run, especially reactive pups! Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. I believe all dogs deserve their own private space to live their best lives. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has served as a wedding venue, an Airbnb, and now... a private, peaceful retreat for you and your beloved doggies! There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. We vow to never raise our prices above $10/hr. Winter months see a price drop to $8/hr ❄️☃️
Enjoy our fully fenced in backyard a perfect place for your pup to run wild! Also for the kids we offer a 14” trampoline and a swing set. Sit back and relax on the deck under the shade while browsing the WiFi! Additional amenities include poop bags, water bowls and bottled water for the owners. Lastly feel free to take advantage of the view of the horses which FYI you can also pet if you walk up to the gate!
Recently got some trees cut down but we have a good space for a little doggie fun! I found that kids and dogs love the same things haha. Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.
