Want your pup to run freely in a safe place and full of love? Looking for a new space to let your dog explore and wander? Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

Our lawn is manicured in the front & built for exploration in the back with a natural landscape to include puppy-made holes (made with love by our husky), divots, & uneven ground for exploring with your pups! 🌲🐶🌲 There is a fenced outer ring encircling the entire property & a fenced inner ring for a more controlled smaller area: BOTH included for your puppy-exploring pleasure! 🌳🐶🌳 We have a very large deck with seating & umbrellas (summer/fall months), including puppy toys & fresh water. What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The lot is longer than it is wide so your dog can get in good long runs! We keep the yard low maintenance so few flower beds. Thanks for visiting!
