Additional rules

For groups with 6+ people (not including dogs) there is an additional charge of $24.99 per hour. Please select the add-on and total number of hours under amenities. Swimming is at own risk. No one intoxicated is allowed in the water. Dogs and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. All solid pet waste is to be picked up and disposed of in the trash can by guests. Diapers are required for any children not potty trained. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only and cigarettes must be safely extinguished and discarded. Overall crowd noise, music, and dog barking must be kept to reasonable volume levels. No DJs. Drugs, weapons, fireworks, violence, or illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests are responsible for all setup, breakdown, and must return the space to its original condition prior to leaving. Host may charge a one time $100 cleaning fee for any unreasonable messes caused by any guests or pets during their stay. Thank you in advance for following all rules, safety measures, and please have fun!

The direct neighbor has 2 dogs that sometimes let out in their yard. No access to the upper deck. We have a gate blocking the entrance to the upper deck. Your doggy can use the stairs but please no access or stay on the upper deck. Thank you.

NOWHERE ELSE **PLEASE READ HOURS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed) between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:00 for a 3:00 p.m. exit - **Hate opening the yard description with this, but there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's/dogs' poop. The leaves are falling and it makes it hard to find, so please pay attention to where your pup goes. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags.
