Let your dog run wild on this farm of open space! A few water features like creeks and small ponds. Lots of open space to walk, run and sniff.
Pollinator Sanctuary in creation. Focus on native plants and landscapes.
This area is super spacious for training, playing, and relaxing. If your dog likes to dig, there’s a spot for that! We half roughly .5 acre of unfenced land for dogs to roam on a long lead. There’s also “trails” behind the house if you want to be adventurous! A perfect spot for shy and reactive dogs.
Enjoy a fully fenced in yard with your doggos with lots of room to hit full speed! At the front of the property, fences are about 3 foot high with the others reaching 4-6 feet. We purchased the house with a large property for our senior dog and our future ones. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago and would like to open it up for others to enjoy! We currently have no dogs.
Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you!
